Directions:

Use immediately after washing or between washes. Smooth evenly through sections of wet or damp hair. Do not rinse out.

It's a leave in?!!!

For something so thick it's hard to believe for one minute you can leave this is. I've got fine 2b/c hair. This doesnt melt in my hands like I expected an oil in cream to, but it seems to melt into my hair. I apply it to soaking wet hair & squish to form clumps. It's so light, like the cowash smells divine. Highly rate this cream.
