How much discount will I get?
Can I buy a gift card during the black friday sale?
Yes! Gift cards will be available to purchase during our black friday sale, however, will not be offered at a discounted rate.
Can I combine discounts?
How long will it take to hear from customer support?
We understand that you might have a few extra questions or experience an issue during our Black Friday Sale which will result in you sending a message to our wonderful Customer Support Team.
When doing so, please ensure that you include as much information about your query in your first message so that our agents can help resolve any questions you may have, as quickly as possible. Please don’t send duplicate messages as this slows the process down.
Please note that things get super busy for us around this time of year, so if you don't receive an immediate response from us, don't panic - we'll be working round the clock to answer your messages as soon as possible.
Ordering
There is a queue at checkout, shall I refresh the page?
There may be a chance that you experience a queue during checkout. In this instance, please do not refresh the page as this will lose your place in the line.
Adding an item to your cart, unfortunately, does not reserve the stock for your final checkout.
I've made a mistake on my order; can I change it?
Once an order is placed, we are unable to make any amendments. This includes adding or removing products, changing the quantities or size of a product or altering your shipping address, or shipping method.
Can I cancel my order?
Please email us if you would like to cancel your order with your order number and ‘cancel order’ in the subject line. If it has already been processed we will not be able to cancel it.

Shipping & Delivery
Will express shipping be available during the black friday sale?
Your shipping timeframe will begin once your package has been dispatched from our warehouse. We know that waiting for your goods to be delivered can sometimes feel like a lifetime, but please allow up to 14 calendar days for your order to arrive (in addition to the shipping timeframe chosen at checkout), before reaching out to our customer support team.
Fyi: tracking may take up to 48 business hours to activate once you've received your shipping confirmation email.
What if I'm missing items from my order?
I've placed multiple orders, but why has only one has arrived?
We always try and dispatch orders on a 'first come first serve' basis. However, once the orders have been handed over to the couriers we have no control over the speed of delivery. Please use the tracking information to follow the progress of your order.
Returns
Can I return items from the black friday sale?
Yes, our stand returns procedure applies. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery, we’ll then send you the return information.
