VIP Membership - Terms & Conditions

By clicking "Add to Cart" and purchasing a "VIP Membership," you agree to the following terms:

  1. You are eligible for free standard shipping with no minimum purchase. Your free shipping benefit can be used as many times as you like before Membership expiration. Express Shipping is not eligiblefor free shipping under the membership program.
  2. Free standard shipping only includes destinations within the UK. International deliveries are not included in the membership.
  3. Hassle-free returns - Refund or store credit applicable within 14 days of delivery.
  4. Multiple promotion codes - At times, you will be sent multiple promotion codes to give you exclusive discounts. Only one promo code may be applied per order. You get to apply the best discount you have! 
  5. Only one Membership per customeris allowed. If you need to transfer your Membership to a different email account, please provide: proof of ownership of the current account and the account information for which you would like to transfer the Membership, to our customer service team.
  6. Memberships are only offered for a year after the purchase date. The VIP Membership is not a subscription, Memberships do not roll over or automatically renew. We hope you're happy with your VIP membership, but if you haven't used it within the first 14 days after purchase, you can cancel it in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and we'll refund you the full amount. If you've had the membership for more than 14 days or used it within that time, we won't be able to offer you a refund, as per the Ts&Cs of the service.


  1. The VIP Membership free standard shipping benefit is for personal consumer use only; Membership benefits are not allowed to be used for business, resale or wholesale services.  Membership benefits must not be used above and beyond what is deemed "normal" for personal consumer use; otherwise Naturalistic Products may deem your use of Membership benefits as abuse of service. A refund will not be given if we suspect or discover (in our sole discretion) that use of the VIP membership: 

    has been in breach of these terms and conditions; and/or  

    has been for business, re-sale or wholesale purposes, or for any purpose other than can be reasonably expected of someone using the service for personal use; and/or  

    involves fraud or misuse or is otherwise detrimental to Naturalistic Products’ interests.  

    If we suspect or discover such conduct, we may suspend or terminate a Membership, refuse or cancel order(s) or close or freeze the customer account (and associated accounts) (even if we have previously confirmed an order).  

    We’ll try to contact you if this happens, but if this happens to you and you think we’ve made a mistake, please don’t take offence – get in touch with us and we’ll be happy to speak to you about it. 

    If we suspect or discover that a Premier Delivery subscription has been used in breach of these terms and conditions, we have the right to recoup all our direct delivery costs and losses from the account holder. 
  2. You can order (and make free returns) as many times as you want but this is subject to a fair use policy. Gift purchases and purchase amounts above our currently advertised threshold for Non-Member free shipping (i.e. Free Shipping over £50) are considered "normal" and within our terms. 
  3. Preorders will ship as soon as they are available (date will be shown on product description)
  6. Please allow 24 hours for all benefits to be loaded on to your account, we expect it will be much quicker.



We reserve the right to accept or refuse membership and to change any terms and conditions at our discretion.
