On 24th December 2020, the UK and the EU reached an agreement on how to trade (the Trade and Cooperation Agreement). It entered into force on 1st January 2021. As a result of the agreement, the UK is no longer part of the EU’s single market and customs union and new rules apply.
All orders are shipped from the UK so the recipient may now have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee in the receiving country before they can claim the parcel. These charges will depend on the country they are sent to, the value of the item and whether it is a gift or commercial goods. This is something we have no control over, we are also unable to advise how much these charges will be. Failure to pay these charges may result in your parcel being returned to us, if this is the case a refund will only be issued for the cost of the products, not the shipping costs or any potential return costs. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding the charges.
At the present time we are offering limited shipping options with Royal Mail on a fully tracked, flat rate service for parcels up to 2kg. There will not be any shipping options for orders heavier than 2kg available at checkout.
VAT for orders shipped outside of the UK will be deducted at checkout. The final order amount will be shown and charged in GBP (£) and all prices are subject to the current exchange rate. Please note processing and delivery times will be longer than usual. Once your order has been shipped and is in the hands of the courier we’re unable to make any changes to the delivery details and cannot be held responsible for any delays that may occur whilst in transit. When placing an order please ensure your details are correct to avoid delays if the courier needs to contact you.
This is a fluid situation which is subject to change. We are monitoring this closely and will provide updates when available.
