Rewards Program Terms & Conditions

By participating in our Rewards Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

The Rewards Program is open to all customers with a registered account on our website. Participation is free.

2. Earning Points

Points are earned by purchasing eligible hair products through our online store. Points will be credited to your account after your purchase is completed.
You may also earn points through promotions, referrals, and other activities as outlined on our website.

3. Redeeming Points

Points can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases, according to the rewards available in your account dashboard.
You must be logged into your account to redeem points. 
To redeem, simply select the qualifying reward from your dashboard and follow the instructions to receive your discount code.

4. Referral Program

You may refer friends using your unique referral code or link found in your rewards dashboard.

You will receive 1,000 points (equivalent to £5 off) for every friend who places a qualifying order (minimum spend £30). Your friend will also receive £5 off their first order.

Self-referrals or fraudulent referrals are not permitted and may result in removal from the program.

5. Points Expiry

Your points will expire if you have not made a purchase within the past 18 months. Expired points will be automatically removed from your account and cannot be reinstated.

6. Account Termination or Misuse

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that we believe is misusing the Rewards Program, including suspected fraud or manipulation.

7. Changes to the Program

We may modify or terminate the Rewards Program at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any changes.
