Directions:

Weekly Wash Day Routine:

Pre-Wash: Apply Re-Do PrePoo Oil (Med to High Porosity) to dry hair, focusing on ends and damaged areas. Leave for 20-45 minutes before washing to protect against moisture loss.

Clarify (as needed): Use GrowPoo Clarifying Shampoo 1-2 times per month or when you have product buildup. This removes buildup and prepares hair for better product absorption.

Cleanse: Use GrowPoo Moisturizing Shampoo to gently cleanse scalp and hair. Focus on the scalp, let suds cleanse the length without over-manipulating.

Condition: Apply The Condish Protein Conditioner from mid-length to ends. Leave for 5-10 minutes for deeper penetration, then rinse with cool water to seal cuticles.
